how to make gdb for cygwin32?

 Use gdb-4.17 sources. They should have support for the current b19.x (or
could the gdb-4.17.1 at ftp.cygnus.com/private/gdb) be still better...
The gdb-4.16 support for cygwin32 ('a moving target') is for some release
before b19...
