Help (alpha NT and the bash)

Hi!

I have an Alpha NT server 4.0.
help me : how to create a bash and other cool cygwin stuff for my ALPHA ?

I'm installed the cygwin32 with FX!32 to alpha , but this isn't working for me
of course...

Anybody use alpha Nt ???
