GCC

Somebody could answer a simple question: 
  Is the Cygnus' GCC port full compatible with other GCC ports ( I know
that 
  if I make a program with 
  GCC-SunOS, with common functions of them, the source will be compiled on 
  GCC-Linux by example. It 
  would be compiled on Cygnus too, without a lot of changes? )?
