[Announce] N. American ftp site for Mingw32

Greetings,

	I have just uploaded the basic mingw32 file distribution set to the 
ftp.deninc.com site.  As of the time of this announcement, the mingw32 
distribution is sitting in the /incoming directory at ftp.deninc.com.
