b19 du bug persists

Beta 19 has the same problems with 'du' as b18:
  du -k shows size 1/2 of what it should be
  du -m shows size 1/2 of what it should be

fix/workaround:

change line: size =ST_NBLOCKS(stat_buf);
	to:  size =(stat_buf.st_size + 511) / 512;

and
	convert_blocks( size, output_size == size_kilobytes)
    to: convert_blocks( size, output_size )
