flex and bison ported in Win32?

Hello!

 I'm a guy very interesting GNU Win32 Project.

 When I made some tiny assmebler in Windows, I couldn't
 find flex and bison port in Win32.

 Is it not ported flex and bison in Win32?

 If ported, please let me know.
