Porting eggdrop 1.3.xx

		      ^^^ This is WRONG.

Whoever designed the original Makefile (or Makefile.in) didn't understand
how most/typical Unix linkers work (single pass, left to right resolution).

Move mod/*.o *before* -ltcl80.
