Jove for GNU Win32

I just built jove for GNU Win32 B19, an old favorite of mine. Source and
binaries are available from:

          ftp://niteroi.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/win32/jove/

Jove is an Emacs-like editor without Lisp.  It is comfortable to use,
small, fast and portable.
