i'm having a problem compiling a windows program,
i've looked through the mailing list and found a couple messages that had
some suggetions, and i tried those, but they did't work...
i'm trying to compile a program from "Programming Windows 95" (the hellowin
example program)
i ran gcc [C:\gnuwin32>gcc -o hellowin.exe hellowin.c -Wl,--subsystem,windows]

 and got this:
/GNUWIN32/B19/H-I386~1/i386-cygwin32/bin/ld.exe: warning: cannot find entry
symbol _WinMainCRTStartup; defaulting to 00401000
C:\TMP\cc0010001.o(.text+0x4b):hellowin.c: undefined reference to
`LoadIconA@8'
- a long list of other functions included in the user32 library-

i would appreciate any assistance
Stephen
