GNU patch program

 Hi! I'm looking for the GNU patch program ... i already tried downloading
the usertools.exe by didn't find the patch.exe or something like that. I'm
trying to patch my MUD with an osasisolc.new.patch file. Any help would be
very appreciated, Thanks.
