[cygwin32b17.1] Help me !! (alarm func.)

Dear Sir/Ma'am

Hello. Thank you for your making the CYGWIN32 Compiler.

I have a question. I can not use the alarm() function and
the signal(SIGALRM, ...) function.
These functions are not working.

What is wrong ?
