X11R6.3 and cygwin.

Hi!
I made a successfull port of X11R6.3 (with fix-01) to cygwin environment. 
Most X libraries are build as DLLs now! Now size of bitmap.exe is about 
420K instead of 1.5M with static libraries :-) I'll post the patch here 
later.
