Try using the PRINT command. On NT 3.51, typing "print /?" yields:
Prints a text file.
PRINT [/D:device] [[drive:][path]filename[...]]
/D:device Specifies a print device.
where <device> can specify a network printer by using:
\\servername\print_share
The contents of the specified file(s) are sent directly to the
specified print device.
