HELP: Relocatable DLL's Not Working

Hi,

I've tried every example I could find on how to use gnu-win32 to create
dll's.

Nothing I've tried works.  I continue to get the same error message:

Invalid format.

Does anybody have a working example, or an explanation of why I get this
error message?
