Running X Server

I was trying to run X server after my I have intalled
the cygwin.
I have chosen to install 'all' the packages.

In order to run the X server I have typed in the
following command:


After typing that command,I am getting the following
error msg. 

XWin was started with the following 

Welcome to the XWin X Server
Vendor: The Cygwin/X 


XWin was 
started with the following command line:

X :0 -multiwindow -clipboard

should be set to root

Fatal server error:
InitOutput - Duplicate 
invocation on display number: 0.  Exiting.

winDeinitMultiWindowWM - Noting shutdown in progres
