XGGI Update

More good news... I have gotten xterm to (mostly) work. Some keys are
not mapped properly ( backspace for one)
but I can type Upper/Lower case, commands work, and lots of control-keys
work (ex. ctrl-m as alternate enter).

Have you ever tried compiling XGGI using straight mingw32?? I would
like to get away from the cygwin1.dll, if possible. How about the other
X11 binaries ( xterm, twm, etc ?)
