Imake and DLLs under Cygwin

There cannot be a document on *.cpp files.  These files contains only
export symbols.

Please cc only to cygwin-xfree because many users subscribe to both the
lists, i.e cygwin and cygwin-xfree and do not getting dulicate messages..
