Updated: GNOME 2.30.1 platform

The GNOME platform libraries have been updated for GNOME 2.30.1, and the
Python bindings have been rebuilt for Python 2.6.  Besides the routine
updates for each module, several GIRepository modules have been added
(Atk1.0, GdkPixbuf2.0, Gtk2.0, Wnck1.0).
