is clearly twice as strong as the already superb ROT13.  Some people
even reported being able to then overclock the chip to do four rounds of
ROT13, but they disappeared shortly after posting and haven't been heard
from since.

It seems that this secret functionality was added by the government
agents who forced amd and intel to add it to every chip for use by the
military, but they didn't want the terrorists to know about it so they
had to keep it secret.
