Heh, perhaps we should start to give names to Cygwin releases like
other projects do (my tin version 1.7.5 is called "Gighay", no idea
what that means, but who cares?)

  Cygwin 1.5.12 Halloween
  Cygwin 1.5.13 ElmStreet
  Cygwin 1.5.14 Dracula
  Cygwin 1.5.15 Frankenstein
  ...
