In what situation are
psi->cb = sizeof (STARTUPINFO);
psi->hStdInput = GetStdHandle (STD_INPUT_HANDLE);
psi->hStdOutput = GetStdHandle (STD_OUTPUT_HANDLE);
psi->hStdError = GetStdHandle (STD_ERROR_HANDLE);
these handles used?
