	* setup.html: change all references to 'contrib/'
	or 'latest/' to 'release/'.  Describe two accepted
	methods for packaging -src.
	* generic-readme: new file for use with -src
	packaging standard, method 2.
	* generic-build-script: new file for use with -src
	packaging standard, method 2.
