No idea about testing; but is there likely to be any support for:

(available in man-pages-linux) so that

lslocks(8)	https://www.man7.org/linux/man-pages/man8/lslocks.8.html

https://github.com/util-linux/util-linux/blob/master/misc-utils/lslocks.8.adoc

(available in upstream sources) could be supported in util-linux?
