Worm contained in gzip.exe?

Dear developers,

Emsisoft Anti-Malware reports that the worm Worm.Win32.Qvod.ceq!A2 is containted in gzip.exe

I reinstalled the gzip-package from the mirror at Uni Kaiserslautern, but the worm is still there.
Please have a look if it actually is infected (everywhere or at this specific mirror) or if it is a false alarm by the Malware tool.
