CYgwin 1.7.1

Hi guys,


I'd like to thank all of you who made the Cygwin 1.7.1 release possible.
It wouldn't have been possible with your help discussing, testing, and
developing changes.  Not to forget patches for dumb mistakes mostly on
my side.

Development took much too long and at times I was under the impression
that 1.7 would take over Duke Nukem Forever's lead in the Wired
Vaporware award.  But now it's actually done and we just need to take
cover when the bugs and problems keep coming.

P.S.: I'm on vacation now but will look into the emails once in a while.
