1.7.1 release date?

mkshortcut from cygutils. However, there was recently reported a bug in
the cygwin-1.7 version of cygutils, specifically in mkshortcut:

I haven't had time to track it down yet, and we certainly wouldn't want
to deploy the new spiffy cygwin-1.7/setup-1.7 with a reliance on a tool
that has a known bug...

I'm really slammed at work right now; if some kind soul could debug this
issue and provide a patch, I can scrape together a half hour or so to
roll out a new release...
