Alternative solutions

I have a problem to download files in Windows using Apt-zip, that employs
wget. But now I have solved the trouble using an alternative solution (in
any case, I am sure there would be a less big size solution to use wget in
Windows, as using a compact wget installation program for Windows, with all
the needed libraries and files).

So, I am going to be less active in the list.
