Another BLODA application

Hi Dave,

please add the following application to the BLODA list:

  ByteMobile laptop optimization client
  (http://www.bytemobile.com/products-solutions/unison-optimization-services-node-clients.html)

This optimizer for laptop 3G communication hooks winsock in a way which
breaks socket duplication on listening or accepted sockets.  I tried to
find a solution for lots of hours now, but so far the only way to get a
working Cygwin was to deinstall the ByteMobile client.  I must admit
that I was a long time on the wrong track but I really lost nerve a
couple of minutes ago.  Maybe another time again.

Unfortunately this client is part of the default installation for
connection manager software of various german (only?) mobile phone
providers :(
