PVECTORED_EXCEPTION_HANDLER undefined compiling assert.cc

That's weird.  Searching for VectoredHandler or PVECTORED_EXCEPTION_HANDLER
I can only find two articles, both stating that this functionality is
only available on XP and 2003:


So I'm wondering where you got that information.
