On the funny side, I've just created a socket and printed the security
descriptor associated with it.  I've used the
ConvertSecurityDescriptorToStringSecurityDescriptor() function which
is new since W2K (and which isn't in w32api so far, unfortunately.
The output is:


That means, owner: Everyone, group: Everyone, No ACL.
