Updating winsup/maint

Well, if the bugs are present in the most recent versions (those on
http://devel.squid-cache.org), then an email to Henrik, or to
squid-dev@squid-cache.org is fine. You can also email me, and I'll let
Henrik know.

If the bugs are in our local copies, then lets update first :}.
