testsuite, make check

Hi,

I'm trying to run a `make check' in the Cygwin testsuite for the
first time. I get the error message

	ERROR: runtest.exp does not exist.

all the time. The runtest.exp file is correctly installed in
/usr/share/dejagnu. So, what am I missing?
