Setup.exe status

This is just an update of where I am with the setup for the net release. 

I have added support for parsing
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/mirrors.html and allowing the user to
select their download site from that list or one of their own choosing. I am
assuming the release will be in a subdirectory named cygwin-1.1.0 from the
links that are posted there.  I trust DJ or someone will let me know if I am
in error.

I will also be adding the mount between /bin and /usr/bin before I post the
next update.

Unfortunately I am on the road and will not be able to post an update to the
net until Monday at the earliest.
