        * acspecific.m4 (AC_CYGWIN): Rename from `AC_CYGWIN32'.
        * config.sub: Drop `32' from `Cygwin32'.
        * config.guess: Likewise.

The config.guess in autoconf-2.13 does not use cygwin32.
