Time for a new DLL release

Of course. A selfmade GUI rpm installer would be great stuff for the
next release.... as far as it's possible to use it via cmdline as well.

That's like a trip thru the "time tunnel" :-)))
Maybe we will fee a handful of psychiatrists after having released
the GUI. ;-)
