"make" seems to be broken on Win95.

Is this a shell thing or a make thing?  If it's a shell thing, one could
always use bash as sh and enable the case-insensitivity option in bash...

I agree with DJ.  I have no problem with the default (only?;-)) mode of
make being case-sensitive...
