Log message:
	* fhandler.h (dev_console::b): Redefine as CONSOLE_SCREEN_BUFFER_INFO for use
	with older OS.
	* fhandler_console.cc (dev_console::fillin): Ditto for
	GetConsoleScreenBufferInfo.
