	* cygwin64.din (BASE): Set to 0x180040000.
	(_fe_dfl_env): Remove useless symbol.
	(_fe_nomask_env): Remove useless symbol.
	(exit): Add missing symbol.
	(setmode): Ditto.
	* gendef (longjmp): Convert all displacements to hex for readability.
	Change all movaps instructions to movdqu to accommodate unaligned
	access to 128 bit values.
