Log message:
	* overview2.sgml: Remove reference to CYGWIN=binmode.
	* textbinary.sgml: Ditto.  Rephrase certain paragraphs to match
	Cygwin 1.7 behaviour.  Add popen(3) and pipe(2) behaviour.  Make
	quite clear that binmode is preferred.  Add *mode.o files to
	description for developers.
