Log message:
	* fhandler_disk_file.cc (fhandler_base::fstat_helper): Don't remove
	write bits for directories with R/O attribute.
	(fhandler_base::fhaccess): Don't shortcircuit R/O attribute with W_OK
	scenarios for directories.
