Log message:
	* fhandler_process.cc (fhandler_process::fill_filebuf): Disable
	stripping the .exe suffix from the link target in PROCESS_EXE and
	PROCESS_EXENAME case.
	* path.cc (realpath): Tack on .exe suffix if necessary.
