Log message:
	* pinfo.h (pinfo::operator ==): Add a way to check for _pinfo types.
	* sigproc.cc (proc_subproc): Ensure that zombie is removed when SIGCHLD ==
	SIG_IGN but still allow wait()ing threads to wake up.
