Log message:
	* cygheap.cc (user_heap_info::max): New field.
	* heap.cc (heap_init): Save pointer to end of heap reserved memory.
	(sbrk): Don't attempt to commit memory beyond end of heap reserved memory.
	Attempt to honor comment and reserve commitbytes if heapchunk fails.
