	* include/fenv.h: Change header guard macro to _FENV_H_.
	(fenv_t, fexcept_t): Move into block protected by
	#ifndef RC_INVOKED.
	Cleanup some whitespace.
	* include/inttypes.h: Change header guard macro to
	_INTTYPES_H_.
