	* install.cc (do_install): Add call to set_cygdrive_flags to sync
	the mount modes.
	* mount.cc (set_cygdrive_flags): New function.
	(get_cygdrive_flags): Ditto.
	(default_cygdrive): Ditto.
	(set_cygdrive_flags): Ditto.
	* mount.h: Add prototype for set_cygdrive_flags.
