[ATTN} brotli Maintainer - python 3.12 Cygwin re-release desired

Hi folks,

We could do with a python 3.12 brotli re-release obsoleting 
python3{7,8,9}-brotli, pretty please with sugar and honey on it! ;^>

There are a bunch of Graphite2 font tests that currently fail without 
python-fonttools: I have installed fonttools[lxml,ufo,unicode,woff] with pip3.12 
locally for testing and it now passes:

	 $ cygport graphite2 check
	>>> Testing graphite2-1.3.15-1.x86_64
	Test project /usr/src/graphite2/graphite2-1.3.15-1.x86_64/build
	...

	100% tests passed out of 91

	Total Test time (real) =  17.33 sec

Python package fonttools base requires only core system support in python, but 
feature options lxml, ufo, unicode, woff require brotli, zopfli, and unicodedata2.

I can try to package zopfli, unicodedata2, then fonttools locally, but stuck 
without a brotli re-release.

Anyone advise how to python package with those lxml, ufo, unicode, woff feature 
options, which appear desirable?
