[NMU] tmux

Since the tmux maintainer Michael Wild seems MIA since five years, I
have uploaded the latest tmux-3.7b release as a test package.  The bug
concerning remote control (which would require the transfer of an open
UNIX DOMAIN socket, which Cygwin does not support) is still there.
