Awesome inspiration!

Whether from rebasing, and/or dropping privileges, and/or both, no change in 
local tests all passing, but now scallywag tests are also all passing.
Soo-wee! Woo-hoo! Yee-haa!

Do you have any links or refs to why those privs cause failures?
I found one article that implies that with those privs, CreateFile() needs flag 
FILE_FLAG_BACKUP_SEMANTICS or access fails! Does that sound about right?
