This used to work when all versions shared a single hint file, and new 
versions trampled all over previous versions, but we haven't done that 
for a while (because it was nuts...)

The easiest way is:

i) Remove the 3.7.2 version by following the instructions at [1], e.g. 
'ssh cygwin@cygwin.com vault mintty-3.7.2-1'

ii) Upload 3.7.3
