Drop djgpp-{binutils,gcc-*,runtime} 32-bit packages

Unlike old Windows versions, MSDOS / DosBOX is still an environment 
appreciated by enthusiasts to run old games,
and having a cross-compiler for it is a nice thing. I wouldn't think 
it's harmful to keep them around.
